1. What is the bTaskee app?
bTaskee is an application that allows customers to quickly book home services such as house cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, air-conditioner cleaning, and more directly on the app. It only takes 60 seconds to make a booking. Helpers or service partners will proactively accept the job, contact, and confirm with customers directly via the app.
2. Where is the app currently available?
In Vietnam, bTaskee is currently available in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa, and Can Tho. In 2021, bTaskee officially launched in Thailand. In the future, bTaskee will continue expanding to other cities in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
3. Are bTaskee helpers reliable?
All helpers on the bTaskee platform provide full personal documents, including verified background certificates. They have at least one year of cleaning experience and must pass interviews, skill tests, and training before officially joining. Customers can feel confident about their reliability and service quality.
4. Can I book house cleaning at 6:00 AM?
bTaskee provides house cleaning services daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
5. Are services available during holidays?
bTaskee operates during all holidays. However, we recommend booking 1–2 days in advance during peak periods.
6. How long does it take for someone to accept my job?
Helpers usually accept jobs within 5–10 minutes. During weekends or holidays, please book 1–2 days in advance.
7. What are peak hours?
Peak hours are when demand is high, typically from 6–8 AM and from 7 PM onwards.
